I have recently had what I would describe as an exceptional situation where I wished to return unworn lingerie after 28 days due to a change in personal circumstance, all I wanted was to return the goods and receive a credit to be able to purchase other goods from the store, despite having written to the Head Office, this has been rejected. I appreciate all stores have control policies but in unique situations would like to think they would be accommodating. Be warned they are not!
I find the whole shopping experience in Frasers antiquated, the tills are usually slow and the staff are not trusted to process a return on their own, a manager has to be found, this can sometimes take a while, if it wasn't for the pleasant apologetic staff, more sales would be lost.
I am surprised at their attitude as being what they describe as a 'premium store in Glasgow' their rivals beat the socks off them, nothing is too much of a problem. I will try to avoid shopping in this store in future.

EVERYONE has a 'unique situation' explaining why they want to return out with 28 days. I don't work for HOF but I do work in retail and trust me, I have heard so many sob stories I now just think everyone is lying, which is horrendous I know but if stores refund everyone with a 'unique situation' they would run themselves into the ground.
