“Bad soup!!”

I have been shopping in your store for a number of years, but was most displeased when on my birthday my friend said she would buy me lunch in your restaurant, we fancied home made soup and at first when we saw it advertised as "homemade" we ordered some only to fined it was tinned and tasted foul. I am sure it is against the law to advertise something that is homemade when it isn't. The point I am making is I wont be going there again.I also find it is a little behind the times and needs upgrading.
