I visited the coast section to buy a dress i was served by Maureen Jones who was fantastic ,i tried on five dresses none of which i was sure of ,Maureen suggested a different dress and it looked super and also fetched a wrap to put with it .nothing was too much trouble and it made my experience in store so much better because of maureens cheerful and helpfull personality a refreshing change to have received such excellent customer service .
