I purchased an item from the Tommy Hifiger department at The House of Frazer Solihuly. Unfortunatly when I returned home to my house in Hereford I decieded that it did not suit me and so I decieded to return the item to my nearest HOF, which is at Worcester. I approached the desk and asked for a refund handing my reciept over. The assistant tried several times to read the reciept with the till gun but to no avail saying Solihul. The manager a lady named Emily came to the till and said that she needed to check the reciept and walked off. She returned after what felt like hours and said to the other assistant that it was a genuine reciept and to process it on overide. Still nothing was said to me except the single word card as she stuck her hand out and waited for me to place my credit card in it. Not at any time was I shown any politeness or consideration. I was made to feel like a thief who was trying to steal. The customer service was disgraceful and humiliating. Shame on The House Of Fraser
