I spent over an hour choosing a Sheila Fleet item and was helped in my decision by the assistant, Coylah Ferguson, who was very patient with a 'indecisive' customer. The following day, I returned to exchange for a more expensive item in the range seen on your website, and she couldn't have been more welcoming and pleasant. She really went out of her way to help and advise.

The wealth of choice in the jewellery room was excellent and so much better than going into several outlets which only sell their own particular brand.

The whole procedure was made a very pleasant experience and one which I will hope to repeat when the next family celebration comes along....if not before!
