I would like to praise the excellent service I received from your Carlisle and Guildford stores on 17 August. I went into the Carlisle store hoping to find some Linea Sunshine hand towels to match the bath towels and mat I'd bought online (I used your delivery to store service which worked very well). As they didn't, the saleslady phoned other stores and found me the towels I wanted in Guildford. I was able to buy these and arrange for them to be posted to my home address. They arrived this morning.

I think the staff concerned really went that extra mile in order to help me. And the towels are excellent. The quality is very good and they don't shed lots of fluff.
