I had the great pleasure of meeting Maxine at Bluewater wedding dept, she helped me to choose the correct dress for my shape - she could see me in one that I was not keen to try, because of the off the shoulder style, but after many dresses she kindly hepled me with & many sizes & checking other stores availability - I tried on the one she said would suit me best - and hey Presto! It was the best - Maxine certainly knows her job - nothing was too much trouble for her & she gave service with a genuine smile. Thanks House of Fraser for employing a Great member of valuable staff.
