I didn't end up buying anything from the House of Fraser website (although i had to fill in a value in the box above for delivery time for my review to be accepted!). I wanted to buy something but i didnt have enough confidence that i would actually get the item i wanted do i didnt order! I wanted to buy a grey t shirt - i knew exactly which one as i had seen it in the store. However, when i selceted the 'grey' option, the site told me 'you have chosen turquoise'. As the tshirt also came in turquoise i really didnt want to order and get the wrong one. Its such a shame that House of Fraser couldnt get this most simple of processes right, i bought the tshirt somewhere else in the end - somewhere where the website knew that grey was grey! So i can't comment on after sales care or customer service, i didnt let it get that far!
