I have placed two orders with Heals, expecting it to be a straight forward process as both orders were in stock. Instead, i found both orders to be considerably delayed (each taking over a month, instead of the 2-4 days stated on the website). Each requiring numerous calls to a non-responsive customer service team who gave me inconsistent information as to my order was delayed, which made me certain that they had no idea what the issue was or how to resolve it.
Through this frustrating experience, I kept receiving inaccurate emails telling me my order was ready for collection.

Sort it out Heals. All the other retailers have got this stuff down to a tee, it really shouldn't be that difficult.
