We have recently purchased a sofa through Heals.
The first branch had the wrong measurements printed in their in store leaflet, the second store couldn't find a member of staff that knew anything about the product. Getting any detailed information out of their staff has been shocking. Emails very slow to be returned. For the amount of money we are spending with the store I had expected better.
