“Awful service, receptionist was rude.”

I cant believe it, I called to make a complaint because my furniture arrived damaged and the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and when I said why would you hang up on me she laughed and did it again!!!!!!

I tried calling back about 20 times but no answer?!
