I placed a order for my wifes birthday,explained to the staff that I had been unable to find the items in stock at other shops and asked for their help.They managed to locate the bracelet and earings that my wife desired and promptly arranged delivery the same day.
In these days of poor customer service it was a rare treat to find a shop that valued its customers and offered such a high level of quality service.
I shall certainly visit Havens in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
