When you try a new web based sales organization there is a degree of circumspection. With Havens, my concerns were quickly blown away by its very apparent intentions of providing good service in every respect. From e-mail advice of acknowledgement, dispatch of goods and expected delivery date through to actual arrival of goods on time, exceptionally well packed (well it was glassware)and concern that it had arrived safely, I can find no fault. It certainly gives me confidence to purchase glassware again from the company, when we need to restock or seek other glassware ranges.
