This was my first purchase from Havens and it will definitely not be my last. The website was user friendly, the customer service first class, the product good value and very well packed and delivered very promptly with on-line updates on order progress. A personal e-mail from the Haven manager thanking me for my order and comments was great. These people have got it right, shame more companies have not! I would recommend anyone to order from Haven with confidence.
