I've bought a couple of items form Havens and have found that they have a comprehensive and easy to use website and a really helpful customer services department who went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met in a timely manner. My goods (water and whiskey glasses) were initially out of stock when I ordered them, however I received regular updates throughout from the company. The glasses came in on time, however I was then going off on holiday, but Havens readily agreed to keet the goods for me until my return. My request for these goods to be sent via Royal Mail rather than a courier company was readily agreed at no additional cost. I would thoroughly recommend Havens to others.
