Although an order had to be placed with Swarovski for the crystal stallion, the estimated date of delivery was met. The stallion is magnificent, well depicted on Havens's website, the gift-wrapping was of an extremely high standard using elegant Sweco paper, the package was well protected by shredded paper in a sturdy box with cautionary care warning about glass. In the appointed one-hour slot on the day in question the present arrived.
First class service all round.
