I could not believe quite how beautiful the Waterford Crystal, Clarendon Ruby Red Martini Cocktail glasses are - quite stunning. They are a present for my husband's best man (of 1974) and wife's Ruby Wedding Anniversary, so it is very important that their gift is up to scratch, and delivered on time.

Havens scored 10 out of 10 on both counts. I found their site, service, delivery and product(beautifully presented and with a personal note to me)to be exemplary.

I would definitely recommend Havens, (I already have!) to anyone who appreciates quality and good value for money (oh, and I wasn't charged for the carriage/postage).
