I like the fact that Havens will sell me exactly the amount of replacement china I need and will give detailed pricing for the same. Ordering online is easy and finding what I want is also easy. Pleased with efficient service and the careful packing of my china. It akes the hassle out of replacing china and I shall certainly use Havens again for all my crockery needs.
