I wanted to order the crystal vase for my mothers 80th birthday, I was concerned the vase wouldnt arrive on time as there were only 5 days left, I suggested to pay premium price for next day delivery and found the best customer service I have experienced when making a purchase online, not only did the lady in customer service talk me out of paying premium postage saving me money but put my mind at rest the vase would arrive on time, it did and mum loved it, brilliant service, well done Haven
