I ordered two lots of items from Harrods online over a weekend. Payment process failed 3 times over the two transactions. When I re-input I failed to notice that my request for next day delivery had reverted to standard 3 to 5 days. I queried this first thing Monday morning as no phone service is available over a weekend but was told that it was far to difficult to change and so they couldn't do anything to help me. Very poor.
