Thank you so very much Dream Icons. Purchased a door bell which I was unable to fit due to electrical preparation on my side. What a shame as it was a beautiful and rare product, 'the spore' blue light door bell!! Even though I was way over the return policy by 2-3 months, I expressed my situation and was met by the kindest understanding. Dream Icons told me not to worry and that I could get my full refund subject to it being unused and in original packaging (which it was and should be).

Overall had a fantastic experience and was delighted by the outcome. They have a great range of products and carry out the business with a great deal of integrity and honesty which has become a rare sight whilst buying through the Internet. Highly recommended and I wish the team great success.
