Placed an order on Friday and got 2 separate e-mails one stating my order had been received and another later stating order being processed. Ordered 2 packs of men’s shirts, fairly standard items and in stock when I ordered them. They are currently on special offer. Recieved an e-mail today stating simply 'unable to fulfil order cancelled, no explanation no apology. Oh and they have already taken payment from my card!! Seems from a quick search on line that I am not alone. A simple phone call (contact details were provided), offering an apology and perhaps an alternative would have made all the differeance. Oh and to add insult to injury the items are still in stock on line and I was able to add them to my shopping basket and proceed to checkout again. Will be taking my business to BHS or Marks and Spencer in future.
