“Not a live website!”

I was recently assured that a product was out of stock. So, why did it show as available on the website? It allowed me to take the item to the checkout stage and then asked for my card details. This is just the last problem in a long list with Debenhams. They do not ever go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. Shop with Next instead.. their customer service has been excellent every time.
