visited Debenhams Trafford Center Manchester on 26th Jan 2016 we visited quite a few sales point where staff were chatting and not bother with customers who were browsing no interaction at all. When we did finaly purchase a ring it was just wrapped in a small tissue and given to me with my reciept. then they got back chatting i asked for it to be wrapped in something better and was past a plastic money bag a joke. I am sure if these Sales points interacted with customers Service would be better and also Sales
