Ordered a vacuum in the sale on 27th December , it arrived promptly but was the wrong one.They then sent out another and again it was incorrect and I was then told they had not got the one I ordered in stock. A courier collection was arranged and the two incorrect vacuums were collected on January 6th. It is now the 5th of February and i have still not received the refund. I have emailed many times and rung many times.... so would I recommend their service. It is a resounding no. I have no vacuum and still await my refund a month after returning the item.
