I was trying to get a parcel collected by a courier for Six weeks due to the fact that the Returns Label facility was not working on their website.
The courier turned up to the wrong collection address and subsequently did not appear again !
Customer services emails were generic and my requests were not understood. In total I sent 15 emails and eventually spoke to Customer Services Department who suggested I emailed Debenhams Head Office.
The Head Office referred it back to the atrocious Debenhams on line customer services who said they have spoken to courier.
In all of this the overall attitude of Debenhams was that they did not care and just wanted to get rid of me.
