3 weeks after ordering my item, Debenhams are unable to locate my parcel and have asked me to call their contact centre (chargeable number) whilst they ring around 2 Stores to locate it. When I suggested that they ring or email me ..the customer, they stated they are unable to do this......Unbelievable!!
