Ordered 3 bar stools on-line and one arrived damaged. I had to re-order and needed to exchange the other 2 for a different colour. The returns were taken away but only one refunded - I am still waiting for the refund on the other stool and it has now been 2 months! Eveytime I call they tell me it is being processed but never is.
I have sent 3 complaints to the customer services on-line and have not received a response to any of the complaints.
My refund is for £40 but I am confident I have spent more than this on premium rate calls casing this up.
Will never never shop there again and have still not received my refund - I paid for the stools on 17th September 2013!
Debenhams customer services is a complete and utter disgrace.........
