I have been waiting for 20 days (15 working) days for a refund from Debenhams online. I have phoned twice asking customer services when I will receive a refund for a Phase Eight dress purchased from them. Customer services were rude and unhelpful. When I asked the customer services person his name he stated that he was not legally obliged to disclose this information. If you return an online purchase, do not expect to see your money paid into you account for at least 15 working days, even though website states 10 working days for them to process a refund. I fail to see how, in this day an age this can be justified.
