I placed an order online for two handbags and some lingerie. It was all on sale so I decided to order online rather than go to my local store and risk it being out of stock. Everything arrived in about two days and they were well-packed and in good shape.

I decided to return all but one bag, only because some of the items looked a bit different than I expected. However, the quality was good and I have no complaints about the items, they were simply not what I needed or expected. I returned the items to my local store and they were lovely and processed my return without any trouble. Then I went and bought more things. ;-)

I find that most online retailers are utter rubbish so it was good to have a decent experience for once.
