“Order arrived late and damaged”

I ordered 3 pairs of boxer shorts on line, waited over a week, when they finally arrived in store the boxes were damaged. This is not the worse part, I have emailed and each time I receive an automatic response followed by an email 4 days later, saying how sorry they are! It is by far the worse customer services I have ever experienced! When you respond to the email it automatically creates another job number and email which they respond to in another 4 days. Truly dreadful!! Don't use them!
