I ordered shoes-Trainer online - It was displayed product will be delivered within with 2-5 working days.We tried tracking online , but website always showed under maintenance
After 7 working days when these was no trace of of product went to store , they said online service is new service so in bad state.
Tried calling customer care , they advise because of high volumes due to X-mas sale delays and slapped on my face their usual apology and also advise it may take up to 6 working days but wait for another 4 working days. I asked what is it not delivered in this time also , they said you can ask for refund. They are making fool of people , if can not deliver then why do not display correct timelines. Its cheating they take order and do not deliver on time
