Ordered gas cooker early may, no communication to state when it would be delivered. Finally delivered 10/6/2014 - damaged goods with a big dent on the top, half the bolts missing from the back panel which was also dented by the gas pipe - REJECT Contacted Debenhams Plus and was told I would need to take photos of the damamged cooker and also to repack it and send a pic of that also BEFORE it could be returned, did not inspect as the monkeys that delivered it dropped and run. Next day another cooker arrives and guess what also damaged so rejected delivery, and they could not take first cooker as they had no paperwork but my partner had the order number and gave it to them but they refused - contacted Debnhams Plus who said they had now arranged for a third cooker to be delivered - inundated with emails and text messages [bordering on stalking] from the carriers ARROW and Debenhams + that they will be collecting 2nd cooker but no mention of delivery of another new one. By 8pm contacted ARROW who said that they have no paperwork to deliver another cooker and also that it is not in stock in their warehouse. Contacted Debenhams who said it was nothing to do with them and I had to contact D Plus but now the office is closed ........... what can I say but they are a bunch of whatnots with no whatnots .............. DO NOT DEAL OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...............
