I bought an android tablet from Debenhams plus, thinking they were part of Debenhams plc, so i was expecting reasonable customer service, but how wrong i was when the tablet charge jack failed at 6 months. It took almost two months of hastling them to get a returns number before i could return the tablet, after i'd paid for insured postage myself, the tablet was gone for another month, in the end a replacement tablet was sent to me, which i hope will last, as i don't want to deal with these clowns again.
Please note Debenhams plus is only loosely connected to Debenhams PLC, and after seeing so many bad reviews, i can't believe Debenhams PLC haven't cut their ties before they ruin their reputation.
Avoid them please.
