What should have been a simple online ordering experience turned into the worst online customer service experience I've ever had by some considerable margin.
They don't call you back when promised or communicate proactively in any way. They seem unable to complete transfers between customer service and sales departments. Their general level of communication is woeful and sometimes seems deliberate.
When you combine this with their 10p/min +call charge rate order line and overpriced goods it is a struggle to understand how they stay in business.
Avoid at all costs otherwise it will end up costing you a lot more than you ever bargained for, let alone the potential for dissatisfaction and frustration which I imagine, if you're anything like me, you could well do without.
If the experience hadn't cost me so much without anything to show for it, I'd be laughing at how terrible this wholse experience has been.
