I wish I could say something good about Debenhams Plus. I can't.
I ordered an android tablet from Debenhams Plus. It stopped being able to recharge after a few weeks. I filled in their online form to report the defect and sort out a repair or replacement. A few days later, I had recieved no email acknowledgement from them. I checked the 'Returns Information' for my order on their website, which simply says 'Return Refused', with no reason given.
So, a totally unusable product cannot be returned to them or replaced, apparently.
This contravenes their stated terms and conditions. Clearly, I will pursue this; but I should not have to.
Debenhams Plus is basically the same people as a lot of the xxxx Direct companies, such as Laptops Direct, and Furniture123. The parent group is Buy It Direct / Easycom (that is easycom.co.uk, _not_ easy.com). All out of Trident Business Park Huddersfield.
Debenhams should take note of the bad reviews and dissociate themselves from these people.
