Ordered a TV and was told by email they would deliver on the Friday. Waited in ALL day. I had to telephone them and be told that they would now be delivering on the Monday. On the monday morning had a telephone call to say the van had broken down. I telephone and told them to cancel as I had lost all confidence in them. They told me to turn away the delivery when it came. What a shambles!
I went to Argos and got the same TV for £50 less. I will NEVER use the Debenhams Plus site again. Not what you expect from a company called Debenhams.
