I placed an order on 9th August 2013. Here we are at 3 September 2013 and I have not received it, despite 2 delivery dates. No one can tell me why and I have almost been accused of actually having the item and only claiming that it has not been delivered. Getting through on the phone is a button pressing nightmare and no one responds to e-messages. Will I ever track my item down...who knows...who cares...certainly not Debenhams Plus. Not only that, they charge you for using a credit card so I paid by visa, another layer of protection gone, should have known then that there was something not quite right. Amazon every time for me in future!
