Not sure what connection if any Debenhams Plus have with the high street store we know and trust.

Ordered a laptop with 3yr extended manufacturers warranty.

Received the laptop next day as per express delivery, however the laptop had already been opened and was clearly a return.

Now one week later still yet to receive email with code to register the extended warranty after two calls to customer services, same standard, non response.

Going to return goods and purchase elsewhere.
