I ordered a high chair for delivery within 7 days. Five weeks and a false delivery date or two later, I was told to expect delivery on the Tuesday / Wednesday, only to be informed late that afternoon that they'd misread the expected month of delivery and I'd to wait another month. I shopped around and found two other companies selling the product cheaper with immediate delivery. I had expected good service from such a large and well known brand as debenhams plus, which was why I chose to go with them in the first place. Don't make my mistake and instead go for a smaller local company. They're cheaper and are delivering less than 48 hours after I placed my order. No more struggling to feed a baby in a buggy - phew!
