Purchased grave flower holders at a great price. Delivery was great. Although I would have liked an update when they were delivered as they were sent to someone at a different address. However, I was told they are good quality and a great price. For my first purchase I would recommend using this company.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering, the website gave me precise and easy access information for my product and delivery. Delivery was quick however just one small thing that would help,would be text advice of approximate time of delivery. Other companies I use do this, and DPD in particular are excellent at keeping me informed of where my delivery is and I can track it real time as well.Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my online experience and will have no hesitation in ordering again

I have ordered many times over the years and always received my delivery within 48 hours depending on what time of day I sent the order. Unfortunately my latest delivery took 7 days from Monday to Monday. FedEx were the carrier. I think you might seriously see if other customers have had the same problem. Rest assured we'll continue to use Concord Extra. Thanks.

In 2022 it's no longer possible to buy 200ml cans of Blue Stratos deodorant as only 150ml cans are available, sadly with an awful obviously cost-cutting new spray design embedded in the can cap. But everywhere I looked in the UK, prices were ridiculously high, even on eBay. Finally I came across Concorde Extra offering bulk purchases. Postage was quite high but I found if I ordered two cases of 12 cans, the resultant price was better than anywhere else. Given the cans are now half the size they were before when I'd bought bigger 200ml cans with 50% free content, I bought the equivalent of 12 cans and when I worked out the content/price ration I found it was only 2p more than I paid elsewhere for 6 bigger cans in 2019, and overall I save about £10 off the cheapest alternative supplier. Put simply, if you don't mind buying 5 years' supply in one go, Concorde Extra's price can't be beaten, and delivery was fast too: Recommended.

Easy to use website and easy to find the products I was looking for. Prices were great much cheaper than anywhere else online and I am glad I found them. The two products I have bought are working well and great quality. Delivery was on time and when expected.

The welsh hats were marked and the white ribbons were all dirty, stained and marked. The welsh outfits were all dirty and looked like they had been worn. Shabby items that were too marked to wear and a waste of money.

The items I ordered came really quickly, were packed really well. I would definitely recommend my friends & family. The things items I purchased where not available in stores, so I was so happy to find them online.

The order came promptly. But the box was damaged due to delivery considering it had fragile tape on the box. I told driver that the box was damaged and he told me he knew and that he was delivering 161 parcels and most of them had not been in. So that was his excuse for the parcel not being the best. If I ever need to send a parcel it will not be through DPD
