I recieved an e-mail with dispatch information quoting delivery estimated date: 02/05/2013.Since the 02/05/2013 i have e-mailed 3 times enquiring about my delivery and have had no straight answere on it's where abouts. The old saying goes that if it sounds good to be true- it usually is. Bargain found at £50. A few days later told that no longer in stock- and yet strangely they are still selling 2 weeks later on Amazon for double the price- 12 still in stock. (read more)

I ordered my product over a week ago having been informed that the delivery estimate is 1-2 days I assumed my product would be with me by the weekend, over a week later and I'm still waiting. As it's this close to Christmas I understand some delay but I have had to purchase the same thing again elsewhere for fear that it won't arrive at all. I have requested an update from Concord Extra and was informed that it had been dispatched a week ago so the fault may lie with Royal Mail, I don't know! (read more)

This order was shipped within the stated time given, However many items get lost in post. Every item that has been lost is always either refunded or replacement is sent out.

I have to say I was slightly sceptical after reading some less than stellar reviews but the price for the walking boots I was after was so good I thought I'd give Concord a try. I'm glad I did. I tried to contact the customer service team several times and got no response, my order was sent AFTER I cancelled it. They claim to process the order within 24 hours but it was several days before my sent. When the order came the items inside were dented and several items had been omitted. Every email that we receive is replied within 48 hours. This period of year is exceptionally busy. We endeavor to get every order out within 24 to 48 hours, With regards to stock levels our inventory is run through a software we are in the process of updating. We try our hardest to get every single order out in time and full. Unfortunately very minimal orders are complete, we always refund in full or offer an alternative.

There are a few food delivery sites online including the supermarkets. Quick delivery but due to not having any stock inventory built into the web site I ended up with just one item meaning that the postage cost was greater than any savings I made. Disappointed that they didn't contact me to say anything and that I had to chase for the refund on the item that was not delivered. Good selection of products and prices seem pretty competitive. The pole arrived really quickly which was great and seems really easy to use. My only gripe would be the cloth attached. As I'll be using it for cleaning windows I would have preferred something like a sponge on the end, but it's a small moan. I just took the cloth originally attached off and attached my own sponge!
