I shall keep this brief but I wouldn't recommend this retailer to my worst enemy.
My order was incomplete upon receipt and despite numerous attempts to contact the retailer (voice message and two emails) i'm yet to receive any form of reply whatsoever over a week later. Not exactly what you'd call stellar customer service. In fact on the face of it not exactly what you'd call customer service at all.
I'd like to think mine may have been an isolated experience but I will never know as I have no intention of using this retailer again.

I have now received a partial refund on the items missing from my order which is appreciated so would perhaps soften my stance towards this retailer and consider ordering again although. I believe customer service should be a lot speedier though. Upgrade to 3 stars. ✡️✡️✡️
