Items looked great value online so ordered via Paypal, which is essential
when dealing with unknown companies or first time buys.
Turned out to be a sound move, as the items were wrong and I got no replies
to my emails and opened a Paypal Dispute.
After a few days and no reply from Concordextra, I escalated the dispute to
Paypal reviewed the case, deciding in my favour and a full month after
ordering, I got a full refund. ( minus postage to return the items.)
Condordextra,s no reply to my emails mean,t I had to pay extra to return
them, but it,s worth it as I believe some
companies hope you will write it off as not worth the trouble, particularly
on small orders like mine.
It is, even if to let them know they have to contend with the Paypal
Resolution Centre, a very effective friend to those
who to shop online.
Concordextra susequently complained about my original review and had it
withdrawn, so why didn,t they bother to reply to my queries in the first
But once again, even in this revised form, it is essential for customers to
be heard on places like the ReviewCentre
I will certainly never use this company again and have advised others ot the
poor service customer service received.
