“HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE!”

I made a mistake when I initially placed my order. I noticed this the next day, telephoned straight away, and a very helpful lady said ' not to worry- she would alter the order to the item I had intended to buy'.
The correct item was delivered the next day. Brilliant!
