I have to say I was slightly sceptical after reading some less than stellar reviews but the price for the walking boots I was after was so good I thought I'd give Concord a try. I'm glad I did.

After my initial concern that my order was not showing online after 48hrs (a common problem I think) I called customer services who informed me that all was fine although my order would be slightly late getting to them. As a gesture of goodwill they immediately offered to send my item 'next day' free of charge as soon as they received it.

Overall I have to say I got exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price with great service from the team at Concord.
