“Lousy customer service!”

I tried to contact the customer service team several times and got no response, my order was sent AFTER I cancelled it. They claim to process the order within 24 hours but it was several days before my sent. When the order came the items inside were dented and several items had been omitted. I definitely will not be using them again.
