“No stock inventory”

Quick delivery but due to not having any stock inventory built into the web site I ended up with just one item meaning that the postage cost was greater than any savings I made.
Disappointed that they didn't contact me to say anything and that I had to chase for the refund on the item that was not delivered.
Good selection of products and prices seem pretty competitive.
Customer service responded to my refund request promptly so at least they have got that right
