Went on line on a Thursday to order a present of cake stand and cupcake cases. Registered on the website and placed order. Website says a confirmation of order will be sent - no confirmation received by the Friday. Called them and asked if they could look into it, but told that orders are taking at least 24 hours, so look again tomorrow. Saturday, no confirmation so called again, told it could be 48 hours! Sunday, still no confirmation so called again - told could be until Tuesday for order to register on their website (Amazon sell substantially more than Cath Kidston thoughout the world and yet manage to send immediate confirmation - just ordered a microwave from them at 2pm and received it the next morning, in the middle of France!!!). Nothing on Monday, so called again, same answers. Called on Tuesday and now am exploding with rage. Apparently there is no sign of my order. My registration, which shows on their website, is apparently not visible to them. This is APPALLING customer service, firstly for the customer service agents I spoke to each day who never once said that my registration had not gone through (even though each one asked for my name and address) and for the Cath Kidston website which is incapable of accepting orders - perhaps a little course at Amazon might help them!
