I'm so disappointed at the customer service received here.
My wall print was wrapped around a flimsy foam rod, no protective tube or firm support. By the time it arrived in the UK (from China) it had been fully bent in half, with the edges crumpled beyond smoothing.
The print was not overly expensive, however the company policy is not to offer a refund or replacement. I feel when sending such a distance, correct protective wrapping is the responsibility of the sender, I purchased the print in good faith and feel completely let down.
Bedding Inn need to advise before taking payment, that no protective wrapping will be used to ship their products.
